Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyAccountsOn (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload to or generate inside the Service. We process that data to provide the Service to you, in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, send spam, or abuse other users.

4. Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. Refunds for unused time on annual plans are pro-rated.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where reasonable.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as-is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll let you know via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
