MyAccountsOn started as the accounting module of a manufacturing ERP platform — ManufacturedOn — built for a real business with real books to close every month. As we built out invoicing, bank reconciliation, multi-currency, and reporting, it became clear the accounting half stood up just fine on its own.

So we split it out. MyAccountsOn is now a standalone cloud accounting product for small and growing businesses — but it still talks fluently to the ERP it grew up inside, and to whatever else you'd like it to talk to via webhooks and (soon) a public API.

We're a small, opinionated team. We use the product ourselves to run the parent business. That means features land because we needed them, not because a feature matrix on a competitor's pricing page demanded them.

What we believe

• Software should disappear into the work, not become the work.
• The default behaviour should be the right behaviour 95% of the time.
• Audit trails are not optional. Neither are exports.
• The customer's data is the customer's, not ours.
